I found mindfulness when I was struggling with stress and anxiety and learning mindfulness practices and approaches helped me to calm and steady myself, to be less overwhelmed by difficulties and to notice and appreciate the little things in life that bring joy. Alongside mindfulness I also learned to be kinder to myself. Practicing mindfulness and kindness helps me to live life well every day.
There is a large evidence base for the benefits of mindfulness, it can reduce stress, anxiety and perception of pain, and improve mood, sleep and well-being.
I teach mindfulness online and in person to individuals and to groups, always in a kind supportive environment. I love helping others to cultivate mindfulness and kindness and seeing them benefit.
