MIDDLE EASTERN DANCE CLASSES
Discover the ancient and feminine art of Belly Dancing at Life-Ways. Classes
are suitable for any age, size, shape and ability, and include easy to follow
moves and choreography.
The movements are mainly gentle and low impact making it suitable for most levels
of fitness. The two-hour sessions cover dancing with veils, learning about the
traditions of Middle Eastern dance, and moving to
wonderful Arabic music.
Participants usually wear long skirts, t-shirts and the essential shimmy belt.
