In this session Fran will offer you a chance to learn techniques that will give you practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, and that will start to give you valuable insights into your own patterns of thinking and behaviour.

This workshop also serves as an introduction to the 8-week Mindfulness Now Programme Fran will be doing at Lifeways, starting in February 2026!
