Simon started learning Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga in 1985. Focusing on stress release and relaxation, he is one of a handful of authorised Teachers of this rare and wonderful mind/body discipline in the UK.
I run a Therapeutic Yoga classes in Themes of 6 weeks. These include titles such as Self Care, Posture, Balance and Strength, and Flexibility. Also workshops on caring for the Spine.
