I am a highly qualified Assessing Therapist, Supervisor and Counsellor who is passionate about supporting my clients. My aim is to create a trusting, safe and comfortable space for you to be able to express your concerns.
By combining my variety of skills and experience, I am able to tailor my therapy to suit your needs. I have experience with children and adolescents, as well as extensive work with adults in my private practice and working with an employee assistance programme.
I work with talking and creative therapies, tools from both CBT (analysing our cognitive thought patterns), Emotional Therapeutic Counselling, The Rewind Technique (NLP - reframing past memories into positive memories).
