I believe yoga has the possibility to enhance the health and well-being of everyone.
I offer Hatha yoga classes’ daytime and evening, Yoga for Healthy Aging aimed at those with restricted mobility or recovering from surgery or illness and individual classes for those with complex needs.
My classes include postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation. This combination is there as a ‘tool box’ for students to choose from as I encourage all students to practice what we have covered in the class in their own time. Only then can the real benefit of yoga be experienced. This takes patience and determination and the classes are meant as inspiration to keep practicing.
